At Decor Gallery Floor, we are committed to offering high-quality imported porcelain products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require returns or exchanges, so we have created this policy to ensure clear procedures.


Return & Exchange Conditions:

  1. Return Period:
    You may request a return or exchange of the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  2. Product Condition:
    The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition as received.
    The product should be in its original packaging, along with all accessories if available (such as boxes, internal packaging, catalogs, etc.).
  3. Non-returnable Products:
    • Products that have been installed or used.
    • Products that have been broken or damaged due to misuse.
    • Any product that is made or cut specifically according to the customer’s request.
  4. Required Proofs:
    • Receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Pictures of the product if it shows any defect or damage.

💰 Refund Policy:

After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified whether your return request has been accepted or rejected.
If accepted, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the order within 7–14 business days.
If payment was made by cash on delivery, we will contact you to arrange the refund through a bank transfer or e-wallet.


🚚 Shipping & Return Charges:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we bear the full cost of shipping.
  • For cases of a change of mind or incorrect orders from the customer, shipping charges (both inbound and outbound) will be deducted from the refund amount.
